Information Travel Wand handles

Travel Wand handles the information you provide when you create an account, build a trip, contact support, or pay for a subscription. Trip content can include the details you choose to save, such as plans, confirmations, and notes.

The service also receives basic technical information needed to operate safely, understand performance, and fix problems. Payment details are handled by the payment provider and are subject to that provider's privacy terms.

How information is used

Information is used to provide the planner, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, secure the service, and improve product quality. When you ask the assistant for help, relevant trip context and your request are processed to prepare a response.

Travel Wand does not sell personal information.

Service providers

Travel Wand may use trusted providers for hosting, payments, communications, analytics, and assistant features. They receive only the information needed to perform their work and must handle it under their agreements with Travel Wand.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably needed to protect people, rights, and the security of the service.

Retention and security

Information is kept for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal duties, resolve disputes, and maintain appropriate business records. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect it. No online service can promise perfect security.

Your choices

You may update many account and trip details within the product. You may also ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal information by contacting Travel Wand. Some information may be retained when the law permits or requires it.

Children

Travel Wand is not directed to children under 13, and it does not knowingly collect personal information from them.

This policy may change as the product develops. The page will show the latest update date. Material changes will be communicated through a reasonable channel.
