Using Travel Wand

Travel Wand provides tools for organizing travel plans and an optional subscription assistant. You may use the service if you can form a binding agreement where you live. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure.

Use the service lawfully and with respect for other people. Do not interfere with the service, try to access another account, upload harmful material, or use Travel Wand to violate anyone's rights.

Plans and subscriptions

The core trip planner is free. The assistant costs $10 per month. The Travel line costs another $25 per month and requires an Assistant subscription. Current prices appear before you subscribe.

Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are nonrefundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Travel information

Travel Wand helps you organize information and consider options. Travel details can change, so confirm important times, prices, entry requirements, and reservation terms with the relevant provider before you act.

Any airline, hotel, restaurant, host, or other travel provider remains responsible for its own service. Its terms and policies apply to your purchase or reservation.

Your content

You keep ownership of the trip details and other content you add. You give Travel Wand permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for having the right to add and share it.

Travel Wand owns the service, its software, brand, and original content. These terms do not transfer that ownership to you.

Service changes

The service will change as it grows. Features may be added, updated, or removed. Travel Wand may suspend access when needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or protection of the service.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as available. Travel Wand does not guarantee that every suggestion, itinerary, message, or third-party detail is accurate or suitable for your trip.

To the extent the law permits, Travel Wand is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service or from a travel provider's actions. Any total liability will not exceed the amount you paid Travel Wand during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Ending use

You may stop using Travel Wand at any time. Travel Wand may suspend or close an account that materially violates these terms or creates a risk for the service or other people.

Changes and contact

These terms may change as the product develops. The page will show the latest update date. Material changes will be communicated through a reasonable channel.
